• We already tried [product]. What different active ingredient should we use?
• Is dimeticone appropriate here, or an insecticide lotion?
• Any reason to avoid chemicals (age under two, pregnancy, eczema, broken scalp)?
• How should we time the second application, and should we keep wet-combing in between?
